Gym Happenings
NEW CYCLE!
For the next 6 weeks we will be doing the “Macuá” Cycle, we will be focusing on the bench press and deadlift during the strength portions, and the snatch, clean and jerk during the XT portions. Rebuild will continue to focus on full body sessions, and our wonderful physical therapists Jessica and Hanna have collaborated on our warm-ups to keep us healthy while we get insanely strong.
