DROP-INS

Welcome to Asheville! We’re thrilled you’ve decided to join us. Simply by clicking on the calendar below, you will be guided through a process that allows you to select a class, sign a waiver, and pay the drop-in fee. CrossFit Pisgah has 24/7 access (guests can arrange to use their smartphone to unlock the gym’s electronic doors), so you can attend classes, or come during open gym anytime a class is not in session. Call, text, or email us if you have any issues. Note: If you’re planning on attending Open Gym, you’ll need to contact us to receive smartphone access to enter the space. We’re excited you’re in town and would love to have you with us!

Class Descriptions

CrossFit Group Classes - Daily WOD

Constantly-varied, functional movement, performed at high intensity, emphasizing correct movement and technique. Experienced coaches facilitate group classes that utilize the power of community to move athletes forward. Every workout is scalable for any ability, knowledge, or skill level.

Open Gym

Unstructured, unsupervised access to our 3,600-square-foot facility. Athletes have free reign of the space and equipment to use in any way they would like. Feel free to come in and make up a class workout or do something on your own.

Community WOD

These are our long-standing Saturday morning classes, open to everyone in the community, members or non-members. Community WOD classes usually consist of longer workouts with movements requiring less experience and technique, as well as the option to work out with a partner! We don’t usually include strength portions in Community WODs, opting instead for a longer warmup and workout to build out the hour.
