1 Squat Snatch, pick load

Every 1 min for 30 mins.

4x24 Bulgarian Split Squat (12R/12L) @ 2111

Cool Down

Trap stretch with lacrosse ball

1-2 minutes per side

Kneeling Lay Back

Hold 1-2 minutes.
